E-Locate Request Login
Please be aware that, although you can enter tickets at any time, the call center will process E-Locate Requests during business hours. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. Two working days will be calculated from the call center entry time (Central time).
If you have questions or concerns with the E-Locate process or a
ticket you have submitted please contact centermanager@ms1call.org.
